To book or quote a repair, please select appropriate repair category and enter additional information. If you are unsure what type of repair is required, please select one from unspecified or other repair categories and describe the problem you are experiencing with your system.
When the message with repair booking is received by us, we aim to respond as soon as possible to discuss the time and date of home visit or if you want you can always come and leave your goods with us.
For home visits, we tend to fix any system the same day*. When your goods are left with us the repair time will usually take 3-5 working days depending on the problem complexity.
